Booking information
Holiday with children
»DAS KRANZBACH« is a retreat for tranquility and recuperation with the emphasis on wellness and relaxation. We therefore have no children’s facilities in the hotel or in the bathing area. We recommend a stay in Kranzbach with children that are at least 10 years old.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation of your booking up to 4 weeks before the arrival date is exempt from charges. Regarding a cancellation with less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, we can waive a cancellation bill of 70%, if the room can be re-sold.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance at the time of booking - €3 per person, per night.

Overnight stay with breakfast
Should you not want to tie yourself down with the evening meal, we provide all the room categories also on the basis of, ‘Bed & Breakfast’. We credit you with €20 per person per day on the Half board price.
Dinner Cancelling
An alternative to our »Kranzbach« superior half-board. If you do not want to eat a large evening meal, you are best suited to our ‘Dinner Cancelling’ option. Instead of the evening meal, we serve you at lunchtime a fine, light 3 course menu. In the evenings we serve a small seasonal plated meal in one of our Salons or if you prefer in your room (in the comfort of your dressing gown). If you would like to take this form of ‘Half board’ ´, please inform the reception in advance.
