You have the option to book, the »KRANZBACH« - DETOX-Program with 5, 7 or 12 nights.
The package includes over the course of the DETOX-Program (5 or 7 nights):
- Medical assessment to tailor the Detox course program to your needs (ca. 20mins)
- 1 Complete Body-Peeling (25mins)
- 2 manual Stomach treatments with mountain meadow hay (ca. 40mins)
- 1 DETOX salt-bath (25 mins)
- 1 Body mud-pack (40 mins)
- Daily Detox-vitality menu prepared by the Chef.
- Daily exercise session in the mountain valley, e.g. Nordic Walking, Nature Hikes, Aerobics or fitness training.
- Daily relaxation session with an hours Yoga, Meditation or Qi Gong
- Closing Medical recommendations (ca. 20 mins)
- Optional: 1 x Colonic–Irrigation (ca.60 mins) we recommend in the middle of your stay (With surcharge)
