Veronika Rössl

Mahashakti means, ‘the great, sacred cosmic force of mother earth’ and comes from the Sanskrit. This name was given to Veronika Rössl on her Yoga-instructors education by the spiritual, Hindu monks – Swamis. Since her early childhood, Veronica has practiced Yoga and at 20 started with her own daily meditation practice.
In her Yoga sessions Veronika teaches a mix of classic Hatha-Yoga with influences from Sivananda, Iyengar and Ashtanga. She configures the Asanas fluently, with the focus on breathing. Veronika feels strongly connected with the, ‘Advaita Vedanta’ philosophy and incorporates this in her teaching.
She uses Yoga as a guide, a way to enjoy life and as her ‘life-tonic’ for body, mind and soul.
Veronika’s sessions are humourous, light-hearted and high spirited, they are infectious! When not providing Yoga sessions in Kranzbach, Veronika Rössl runs a MahaShakti Yoga studio in Munich, which opened in 2004 and consults on holistic life training.

It helps us to stay in balance and to deal better with stress.
Caroline applies in her sessions a multitude of body related exercises. Thereby her focus lies on breathing exercises, visualisations and the integration of voice.
