7) Use of Google Analytics

Our website uses functions of the Google Analytics web analysis service. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for that purpose; they enable analysis of use of the website by its users. The generated data are transferred to the server of the provider and stored there.
Google uses that information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about activity on the website and to provide the operator of the website with further services related to use of the website and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google. Please see also Google’s privacy policy, in particular the information available under the following two links:
- https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html und
- https://policies.google.com/?hl=en
You may prevent that by adjusting your browser settings so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a suitable processing agreement with the provider.

Disable Google Analytics

IP anonymisation
We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be truncated by Google within the Member States of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transferred to the USA. The full IP address is only transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there in exceptional cases. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use that information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about activity on the website and to provide the operator of the website with further services related to use of the website and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google.
Please see also Google’s privacy policy, in particular the information available under the following two links:
- https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html und
- https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/

Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a solution that enables us to manage website tags via an interface (and thereby integrate Google Analytics and other Google marketing services with our website). Tag Manager (which implements the tags) does not itself process any personal data of users. Please see the following information about Google services with respect to the processing of personal data of users. Use policy: https://www.google.com/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/

‘Audiences’ with Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics in order to only display advertising within the scope of the advertising services of Google and its partners to users who have shown an interest in our online presence or that have certain properties (e.g. interest in certain topics or products based on websites visited), which we transfer to Google (‘remarketing’ or ‘Google Analytics audiences’). We use ‘remarketing audiences’ to ensure that our advertising matches the potential interests of users.

8) Integration of social media plug-ins

Social media plug-ins may be integrated with some pages on www.daskranzbach.de (e.g. ‘like’ or ‘share’ buttons). Social media are services such as Facebook, YouTube, Google+ and Twitter. When you visit a page on www.daskranzbach.de that has such a plug-in, a connection will be established with that social media provider by your browser. The content of the plug-in (the button) is then made available by the server of the social media provider. As a rule, such servers can therefore track visits to this website (including by using cookies that were created during your visits to those social media).
If you click on the plug-in while you are signed into your account with a social media provider, data may be sent by your browser to that social media provider and linked with your user account there. Please see the privacy policies of the respective social media providers to find out which data are sent are how those data are handled. You can also learn there about options to adjust your settings to protect your privacy. If you are not signed in, you will usually be asked to sign in or to register and create a user account.
If you wish to prevent social media from collecting data about you, you may sign out of your account there first and delete any cookies of that provider. If you do not have a user account with a social media provider, no data will be transferred.

9) ‘Remarketing’ or the ‘similar audiences’ function of Google Inc.

The ‘remarketing’ or ‘similar audiences’ function of Google Inc. (‘Google’) is used on www.daskranzbach.de. That function enables us to display targeted advertising to visitors to the website, since visitors to the website of the provider are shown personalised, interest-based advertising when they visit other websites within the Google Display Network. Google uses cookies to perform analysis of use of the website – that forms the basis for generating personalised (interest-based) advertising. Google stores a small file with a sequence of numbers in the browsers of visitors to the website for that purpose. That sequence of numbers is used to record visits to the website and collect anonymised data about use of the website. Personal data of visitors to the website are not stored. If you subsequently visit another website in the Google Display Network, advertising will be displayed to you that is highly likely to be based on product and information content that you have accessed previously.
You may permanently disable the use of cookies by Google by clicking on the following link and downloading and installing the plug-in provided there: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin .
Alternatively you may deactivate the use of cookies by third-party providers by visiting the deactivation page of the Network Advertising Initiative at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and opting out as described there.
For further information about Google ‘remarketing’ and Google’s privacy policy, please see: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/
