Our chef and his team create elaborate set menus from a variety of local, savoury products and organically grown foods - skillfully perfected with fresh herbs from our own garden. Round off your culinary experience by trying our selected wines.

  • Breakfast: Gourmet buffet with fresh fruit juices, freshly baked bread and rolls from our in-house bakery, homemade jams, yoghurt...
  • Lunch – a delicious soup, a small salad buffet, a special from the show-kitchen as well as fresh bread from our own bakery
  • Tea time: Cakes fresh from the oven
  • In the evening – 4-course gourmet-selection-menu with additional salad and cheese buffets. You can choose each course from the main menu or from the vegetarian menu. A table is reserved for you each evening.
  • Mountain fresh drinking water from our own Kranzbach spring – still or sparkling
  • Tea and juice bar in the sauna area. In the evening, you will find the „Good-Night-Tea“ as you leave the restaurant.
