Herb wall

The dishes from the Kranzbach kitchen are created with fresh herbs.

By the front-cooking station in the restaurant you will discover a herb wall with 27 different bio-herbs in 327 pots. We pots are supplied by an automatic biological watering and fertilizer system. The herbs are used in the »Kranzbach« kitchen. Each guest may select their favourite herbs or they can try an unknown herb. Smell, taste and pick your own… enjoy eating them fresh.

Herb garden

Almost 40 herbs and healing plants grow from Spring until Autumn in our herb garden. Arnika, Basil, Tarragon, Corriander, Lovage, Peppermint, Sage, Ribwort, Thyme, Woodruff or Lemon grass are only a few examples. The herbs are planted and cared for by our full-time gardener. The herbs allow our chefs to offer light, regional and tasty dishes.
